How do I create an account?
Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. You can create an account as a player, facility owner, or institution. Fill in the required information and follow the verification steps to complete your registration.
Is CourtSpot available in my city?
CourtSpot is actively expanding across India. We currently have facilities in major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Amritsar, and more. You can check availability in your area by searching for facilities on our platform.
Is the service free to use?
CourtSpot offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Basic features like finding courts and making bookings are available for free. Premium features include advanced analytics, priority bookings, and participation in exclusive events.
For Players
How do I book a court?
To book a court, search for facilities in your area, select your preferred venue, choose an available date and time slot, and submit your booking request. The facility owner will then confirm your booking, and you'll receive a confirmation notification.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel bookings through your profile's "My Bookings" section. Please note that cancellation policies vary by facility. Some venues may charge a cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
How do I find other players to play with?
You can use the "Find Players" feature to connect with other sports enthusiasts in your area. Filter by skill level, availability, and preferred sports to find compatible playing partners.
How are leaderboards calculated?
Leaderboards are based on match results reported through the platform. After each match, you can record the score, and our ranking algorithm will update your position on the leaderboard. Rankings consider factors like win ratio, opponent skill level, and consistency.
For Facility Owners
How do I list my facility on CourtSpot?
Create an account as a facility owner, then go to your dashboard and click "Add Facility." Fill in the details about your venue, upload photos, set availability, and pricing. Once submitted, our team will review and verify your listing before it goes live.
How do I manage bookings?
All booking requests will appear in your dashboard's "Manage Bookings" section. You can approve or reject booking requests, view your facility's calendar, and manage your availability. You'll receive notifications for new booking requests.
Can I add staff members to help manage my facility?
Yes, you can add staff members with different permission levels. Go to your dashboard's "Team Management" section to invite staff and assign roles like admin, manager, or booking clerk.
How do payments work?
CourtSpot serves as a booking management platform but does not directly handle payments. You can establish your own payment methods with players, whether it's cash on arrival, direct bank transfers, or other payment solutions of your choice.
For Institutions
How can our institution get involved with CourtSpot?
Institutions like schools, colleges, and corporate organizations can create institutional accounts to manage sports facility access for their members. This includes features like credit allocation, employee/student management, and partnership formation with private facilities.
What is the credit system?
The institutional credit system allows organizations to allocate booking credits to their members. Administrators can distribute credits, track usage, and set expiration dates, providing a streamlined way to manage sports facility access for their community.
