CourtSpot provides a platform for booking sports facilities, managing reservations, and connecting players with facility owners. The service includes facility discovery, booking management, scheduling, and related features.
3. User Accounts
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
We reserve the right to disable any account if we believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Bookings and Payments
When making bookings through our platform:
- You agree to honor all bookings made through your account
- Cancellation policies are set by facility owners and must be respected
- We serve as a booking platform only and do not handle direct payments
- No-shows may result in penalties or restrictions on future bookings
- Payment terms between players and facility owners are governed by separate agreements
5. Facility Owner Obligations
If you list your facility on our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information about your facility
- Honor all confirmed bookings made through the platform
- Maintain your facility in a safe and playable condition
- Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Establish clear policies regarding cancellations and no-shows
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
- Impersonate another user or person
- Post false or misleading information
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation without our consent
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CourtSpot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, or exploit any content without our express permission.
8. User-Generated Content
By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to such content, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CourtSpot, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content obtained through the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
